Township of Seymour – Grounds & Facilities Maintenance Position

The Township of Seymour is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in maintaining our community spaces. This position plays an important role in keeping our parks, fire station, and municipal building clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Position Details:

●    Part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
●    Mowing lawns and maintaining park grounds
●    Weed trimming and general landscaping upkeep
●    Cleaning and stocking public restrooms
●    Emptying trash receptacles and managing waste disposal
●    Cleaning and maintaining the township pavilion and other public areas

Qualifications:
●    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
●    Experience operating lawn care equipment preferred
●    Must be able to safely drive a truck with a utility trailer
●    Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Compensation:
●    Wage will be based on experience
